I provide a written quote/contract that is good for 30 days.
 

Projects:

  • When you accept, I'll invoice you 25% up-front

  • & 25% at first draft

  • & the balance for final copies or completed project.
    ​

For each additional transaction,

  • Each additional is $299 - $399 based on sale price.

  • I'll invoice you $100 up-front for client & transaction set-up

  • I'll create contracts & addendums, collect signatures, interact professionally with all involved parties, monitor transaction progress, manage client communications and their concerns, upload completed documents, keep you and all involved parties updated, and

  • Invoice you the balance owed only after the transaction closes.​​
